This is an individual contributor role. This Position will report to Category Lead – Internal Medicine (Pfizer India) and responsible to develop &  implement business processes and internal controls for entire operations of new GTM model (Outsourced operations – Contract Sales organizations / Distribution business model).

The position will be based in Mumbai and work with senior business leaders, external stakeholders/ partners and other cross functional team to have a focused governance & oversight on the risk relating to Contract Sales organizations / Distribution business model. The position shall be responsible for defining, driving and ensuring implementation of Business process and control framework to mitigate the financial and compliance risk.

The Position shall also be responsible for developing & implementing required capability enhancement through training and communication within the Business unit and with external stakeholders as required

The position will work with close coordination with Compliance and internal audit function. Lead and ensure proactive 360 degree governance and effective oversight on the Go to Market model (CSO/Distribution model) in line with agreed framework and Pfizer policies

Develop Compliance and control SLAs (Service level Agreement), monitoring framework and parameters in coordination with corporate compliance and audit functions. Ensure adherence with the terms of agreement and SLAs within and the external vendors involved in the model.

Perform third party risk assessment to identify key Operational, financial, anti-corruption and compliance risk in the operations of the external vendors(CSO/Distrubutor) and their sub-contractor for GTM model

Define and implement the KPIs for vendor including vendor’s periodic MIS and control framework and ensure the same is in line with internal Standards

Develop and ensure control framework to ensure key financial and internal control compliance risk mitigation in GTM model and ensure holistic compliance of SRIM policy for the entire GTM operations.

Support internal and external audit and review by providing all the required support and co-ordination with GTM partners

Ensure the required due diligence is performed over the GTM partners /external stakeholder and their sub-contractors as per internal standards

Ensure all the training and communication of applicable policy is given to internal and external stakeholder and their partners. This should be done as per the need assessment, requirement and in close collaboration with all relevant cross functional team

Ensure that the GTM organization/external stakeholders, their partners and their employees are aware about the value and open culture and ensure the ‘Raising Concern’ mechanism is working effectively and as per agreed terms

Ensure the engagement and payouts are in line with agreed terms to the GTM organization and appropriately backed with the required policies and documents by defining and performing required checks

Ensure that the services expected from the GTM organization  are received as per agreement terms and as per internal policies

Regularly access and obtain required information from external vendors to perform checks and controls as per risk mitigating framework

Ensure that GTM organization/External vendors are having appropriate business & operational process and transparency which will not create risk for

Collaborate with internal business, finance and other leaders & stakeholder for effective management of Operations and GTM model
